2nd PART!!!! The Explanation!!!!

Good Evening people!!! Hope you enjoyed my first part of the blog yesterday.
Today I will be explaining the remaining things and let us just drop into that straight !!!!!

Yesterday I mentioned the qualities that Varadarajan sir Explained to us that how are normal person thinks that what are the skills needed to survive in this generation and what are the really needed skills to survive in this generation. The following Information that sir explained to us are as followed

What is LEARNING AGILITY?

Yeah this was the question that he raised and also answered to us in a story way!!! let us hear that story

We all know Napoleon Bonaparte ( Correct me if I am wrong ) that he was some of the biggest personalities of world histories!!! yeah he literally got hold more than 50% of world in his hand!!!

After conquering so much cities his mind turned towards Prussia!!! a country named prussia
The men who were in prussia were not that much educated but the Napoleon had the educated persons !!!!

Now according to us what will we be thinking ??? that Napoleon won the battle using their educated men!!!!!
Yeah for sure he won the battle but he faced a loss of men in that battle that he didn't face that kinda loss for a long time or not at all !!

An special Investigation team was set up and send to the place where the loss occurred

Investigation went on and the team returned with the report

You will be shocked with that report that they brought!!!! did you know what was the main factor that the Napoleon had to lose that much men to capture a country like prussia??

The main factor was They were so much educated that they started asking questions when they were given command in the battle field!!!!

You will be thinking that what this has the connection with the man loss??
At the time the men of napoleon asked these questions in the battle field the enemy would shooot him down and go forward !!!!!

HE HE !!!
It was silly to hear at first but after sometime I realized that we are also kinda like them !!!!!

At that time only a plan came to his mind and that was the Education System that we currently follow!!!



Now that was a short history recap of why we were restricted to think out of our box and in this generation we are realizing that we should think outside of the box

LEARNING AGILITY is the ability of Self Learning  with an aspect to why and for what we are learning !!!!!!!

Why do we use our Facebook for??

Our Most feed would be our friends profile pic that sometimes will not have any sense and they would post that and the memes that are created by the VIP's and they also welcome us to join in their league !!!!!
